With over 30 years of experience in the concert production industry, his portfolio includes work with notable artists such as Luke Bryan, Dolly Parton, Taylor Swift, Alan Jackson, Switchfoot, Third Eye Blind, Collective Soul, Hilary Duff, Larry the Cable Guy, Gary Allan, Brian McKnight, UniverSoul Circus, and B2K.

Justin has received recognition by being nominated twice for a Tour Link "Top Dog" award for Lighting Designer of the Year, as well as three nominations for the CMA Lighting Director of the Year.   PLSN magazine included him in an article featuring the top Nashville based lighting designers.
