Align Design Group, LLC was formed in 2017 by Justin Kitchenman.  With over 30 years experience in the concert production industry Justin’s credits include Luke Bryan, Dolly Parton, Taylor Swift, Alan Jackson, Switchfoot, Third Eye Blind, Collective Soul, Hilary Duff, Larry the Cable Guy, Gary Allan, Brian McKnight, UniverSoul Circus, and B2K.  

Justin has been nominated twice for a Tour Link “Top Dog” award for Lighting Designer of the Year, three times nominated for the CMA “Lighting Director of the Year”, and was featured in an issue of PLSN magazine as one of the top Lighting Designers in Nashville.
